Sponsorship Options at Annan RFC

THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SEASON 2011/2012

Annan RFC would like to thank all our sponsors for their continued support.

OPTION 1 - MATCH BALL SPONSORSHIP
For the sponsorship amount of £40 (+VAT), the sponsor will receive:

  • Recognition in the Match Day programme
  • Recognition in the rugby column of the 'Annandale Observer'
  • An invitation to our Annual Violetbank Tournament in August and also to a Sponsors evening later in the season.

    • OPTION 2 - ENTRY TO MONTHLY DRAW
    For the sponsorship amount of £40 (+VAT), the sponsor will receive:

    For the monthly amount of £5 (paid by direct debit) you have the chance of winning £250 every month.

    OPTION 3 - SPONSOR A YOUTH PLAYER
    For the sponsorship amount of £70 (+VAT), the money raised will be used to kit out every new youth playing member with training kit and help with the cost of transport to away games: the sponsor will receive:

  • A “Mini ad” in the Match Day programme
  • A framed colour photograph of Annan RFC Youth players
  • An invitation to a Sponsors evening later in the season.

    • OPTION 4 - TRAINING EQUIPMENT FOR YOUTH RUGBY
    For the sponsorship amount of £200 (+VAT), the sponsor will receive:

  • A press release and photograph in the “Annandale Observer”
  • A 1/2 page advertisement for season 2010-2011 in the Match Day
    programme.
  • An invitation to our Annual Violetbank Tournament in August and also to a Sponsors evening later in the season

    • OPTION 5 - MATCH DAY SPONSORSHIP, LEAGUE OR CUP MATCH
    For the sponsorship amount of £500 (+ VAT), the sponsor will receive:

  • A pre-match meal with refreshments for 8 people in the Bank Street Clubhouse
  • Transportation to and from Violetbank for the match (and refreshments at Violetbank)
  • Post-match sandwiches and liquid hospitality in the Bank Street Clubhouse
  • Recognition in the Match Day programme and the 'Annandale Observer'
  • A ½ page advertisement for season 2011-2012 in the Match Day programme
  • The opportunity to present the “Man of the Match” award after the game
  • An advertising hoarding at Violetbank for season 2011-2012 (sponsor provides the board)
  • An invitation to our Annual Violetbank Tournament in August and also to a Sponsors evening later in the season.
  • Packages for smaller or larger groups are available on request.

    • OPTION 6 - VIOLETBANK SPONSORSHIP
    For the sponsorship of £500 the sponsor will receive:

  • Prominent Sign welcoming to Violetbank
  • A full page advertisement for season 2011-2012 in the Match Day programme

    • OPTION 7 - PITCHSIDE ADVERTISING
    An advertising hoarding pitchside at Violetbank (12ft. X 2ft.) costs £80 per season (+VAT) and the sponsor provides the board. The sponsor will receive:

  • An invitation to our Annual Violetbank Tournament in August and also to a Sponsors evening later in the season.
    If you do not have a board, there are local firms which can make one up for you with your own artwork and logos. We can recommend The Sign Post, Kirkpatrick Fleming - telephone 01461 800631.
    ***As a special introductory offer, we are offering half-price pitchside advertising to new sponsors for the first season that the hoarding is in place.

    N.B. - WHEN OPTIONS 7 AND 8 ARE TAKEN TOGETHER, A 20% DISCOUNT WILL BE OFFERED ON THE COMBINED AMOUNTS

    • OPTION 8 - MATCH DAY PROGRAMME ADVERTISING
    The programme is printed by Alba Printers, Dumfries, and is printed for the 11 home league games in National Division Two as well as for any home cup games. Pages are A5 size. The cost of advertising for the season (+VAT) is £50 half page, £90 full page, £105 inside front or inside back (colour), £120 back cover (colour). Advertisers will receive:

  • An invitation to our Annual Violetbank Tournament in August and also to a Sponsors evening later in the season.

    • OPTION 9 - SPONSOR A PLAYING SHIRT
    For the sponsorship amount of £40 + vat the sponsor will receive

  • A "Mini AD" in the Match Day Programme
  • A colour photograph of Annan RFC Players
  • An invitation to our Annual Violetbank Tournament in August and also to a Sponsors evening later in the season.
