Location: Near Annan Supported Annan since: 1985 Favourite Annan Player: Tricky...there have been so many...perhaps - Dougie Thompson, "Bob the Builder" Henderson, Young Hoggy, S McGauchie, Herr Minto, the Buckley's, etc., etc.,etc. Currently, I'm impressed by Alex Dunbar (as well as the so many other youngsters who don't yet shave!) Favourite Annan Moment: The run of umpteen years of successive promotion followed by the Murrayfield Final. Also, very pleased at the wealth of young talent who started for the 1sts in the 2006/07 Season, so far.
Anything Else: I've never played competitive rugby in my life. However, for 20 years, or thereabouts, I have got an immense amount of pleasure by turning up on alternate Saturdays to watch the team perform. (Have also attended a wodge of away matches).

Location: Annan Supported Annan since: Since arriving in Annan in 1975, played for a season until injury (by big Maxie) put paid to my playing days - did turn out for the veterans in my 40's Favourite Annan Player:Too many to choose from but on there day Johnny Linton, Smi, Kenny White and Dougie Thomson of the old brigade were hard to beat. Favourite Annan Moment: The opening of Violetbank, The Bowl Final at Murrayfield, every Championship Win, that game against Bytown Blues in Ottawa (the Canadian Tourists will know what I mean) and that win in Austin (except Clanny's Lip - eugh!)
Anything Else: Most embarrassing moment - introducing John Rutherford at a Speakers Night as the former Celtic player instead of Selkirk player - I don't think anyone noticed!!!!!

Supported Annan since: 1977 - played for the Mini's, Midi's, Colts and the odd 3rd game. I could have gone far but alas I was rubbish. Better (and faster) than Startled though.... Favourite Annan Player: I love them all apart from Bertie. Favourite Annan Moment: Has to be the Murrayfield Bowl victory - did get a wee bit drunk as I snuck home on the bus back to Annan....Also do enjoy any victory against Dumfries.
Anything Else: For my sins - it is I (with the old man) that try and keep this web-site updated. One day I will learn how to use something other that notepad to design this site....
