TRINITY ACCIES RESPONSE
WEDNESDAY 13TH DECEMBER 2000

Following the postpoponded match against Trinity Accies the Accies coach has responded to why the match was called off:

As Trinity Coach I was concerned by the rumours being published on your Web site, regarding why Saturdays match was cancelled.

A letter explaining the circumstances has been sent to your Club President and the SRU. I hope you will find time to update your Web site with the facts (contained in the letter) about why we were unable to travel.

We were badly let down by our bus company, and then made every effort to round-up enough cars to make the journey, but to no-avail. (The majority of our team do not own cars.)

Cheers
Fergus Henderson
Coach TARFC

The Annan RFC Webpage would like to apologise for any offence the reporting of the incident may have caused Trinity Accies.
Apologies, the Annan RFC Webpage.
